Frequently Asked Questions

Question:
I just downloaded your app and I can’t login. What’s wrong?

Answer:

If you tap on the “Login with Game Center” button and it does nothing then it probably means that your device is not connected to Game Center. It’s a very simple fix. Just follow these steps:

1. Open your iOS device settings and go to Game Center.
2. Enter your Apple ID and login to Game Center.
3. Complete the login process and close the settings app.
4. Open Word Morph! and tap on the “Login with Game Center” button.

This time it will go through and you will be able to login successfully.

Question:
I just downloaded your app and there’s no sound. What’s wrong?

Answer:

If the app is working, but you have no sound, your system sounds may be muted. Video and music apps (as well as some other apps) are programmed to ‘ignore’ your ipad/iphone’s mute function, so even if you’re able to hear music/sounds from some apps, it is still possible that your ‘mute’ setting is on.

System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways:

1) Using switch on the side of the iPad (the screen lock rotation can be controlled from here also)

2) from the task bar (accessed by double-tapping the home button).

If the ‘Mute’ option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds. Check to make sure your side switch is turned off (in the ‘up’ position). Sound may return at this point.

If If the ‘Lock Rotation’ option is selected, then the system sound control is in the task bar. Double tap the home button and in the task bar at the bottom, swipe all the way to the right. The speaker icon is all the way to the left. Tap on it and system sounds should return.

If sound has not returned after performing these steps, please restart your ipad/iphone. Here is a link from Apple on how to do that if you’re not sure.

If you continue to have sound problems after this, please send us a note using the form at right and we’d be happy to refund your money.
